Terms of service

• All prices are excluding vat.

• A minimum deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount as well as approval of the artwork layout we provide is required before production of any order will commence.

• Full payment must be made in advance by customers outside of South Africa before production will commence.

• The quote/proforma is ONLY valid for 30 days, should this time frame lapse before an order is confirmed, a new quote - subject to any price increases installed after the 30 days is over, will need to be issued.

• Full Payment/Outstanding balances must be made and must reflect in Stam Products' Bank account before ANY items can be delivered/Collected

• Items remain the property of Stam Products until full payment has been received and is reflecting in Stam Products' bank account.

• Any delivery date indicated by the supplier, shall be regarded as the estimated date of delivery & is not binding on the supplier.

•Installation of products is not included in any price and is not a service we offer.

• Standard production time is 5 – 7 workdays - (larger orders may vary)

• Any order that is required/requested in a period of time shorter than standard production time will incur a 20% - 40% rush fee

• All rush orders must be paid in full within four (4) days of production commencing.

• Rush orders required in a period of time under four (4) working days will require full payment to be made upfront.

• Outstanding balance of the payments must be made before any order will be delivered or collected. No items will be released from Stam Products' premises until full payment has been received and is reflecting in the bank account.

• All orders placed will be charged an appropriate delivery cost based on location and delivery address.

•All products supplied are event products and should never be used in harsh weather or as permanent fixtures, Stam Products CANNOT be held liable if the products are not used as directed.

•All products are custom printed and cannot be refunded, unless a provable error on the part of Stam Products can be identified.

•All hardware comes with a standard 1 year manufacture defects warranty.

•By placing an order with Stam Products, the client hereby accepts & agrees to the above terms & conditions.

•Please note we are not responsible for discrepancies in collection or deliveries within a period of seven (7) days.
