Return Policy - Refund Policy

All goods are manufactured and printed  to custom specifications on order therefor no returns are allowed.

We will send you a proof of your artwork which you will have to review and sign off before production of your order will commence.

Please review artwork proof carefully for design, spelling and colours.

Once artwork is approved, unless the product we deliver is different from the signed proof, Stam Products is not liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.

 

If however the print differs from the signed proof, we will gladly assist by doing a reprint of your order.

Please check your order on delivery/collection.

Please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection if your product is faulty, or it will be deemed to be in order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Receipt of deposit will be regarded as confirmation of order.

A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing commenced.

 If printing commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If a refund is to be made :

Payments via credit card will be refund to the card that it was purchased on.

Payments via EFT we will require a bank confirmation letter as well as the contact information of the account holder. And a eft will only be made to the account it was paid from.

No refunds for shipping will be processed.
